Therapy Session Scheduler
A simple way for a therapist to schedule virtual sessions. Pick a client and a time, and the app makes the Google Calendar event, a Google Meet link and the invitation for you.
For therapists who have been given access.
How it works
Add a client
Save a client's name and email address. A phone number and a usual day and time are optional.
Pick a time
Choose the day, the time and the length. The app checks your Google Calendar so you are not double-booked.
Send the invitation
The app creates the Google Calendar event and its own Google Meet video link, and Google emails the invitation to your client.
Sessions can happen once, every week or every two weeks. A single session can be moved or cancelled without touching the others.
How it uses your Google account
The app asks for two separate permissions, one at a time, and only for the person who signs in:
- Signing in. Your email address and basic profile, so the app knows who you are and that you were given access. Signing in does not give the app any access to your calendar.
- Your calendar, only if you choose to connect it. The app can see the times you are busy (not what the events are), so it can avoid double-booking you. It can also create, change and delete the appointment events it created, including their Google Meet links and invitations. It does not read, change or delete your other events.
You can disconnect your calendar at any time in Settings, which removes the app's access. The app does not store diagnoses, treatment notes or medical records.
